Little KIN
All-day nature play program for little adventurers
Nurturing wild and curious minds in the outdoors
Our little KIN nature play program is an all-weather outdoor program, offering opportunities for children aged 3-6 to spend a longer day out in nature to discover, imagine, have adventures, and learn about their capabilities and the natural environment.
With the aim to nurture a lifelong love of the outdoors, each day, children are given opportunities to choose their own adventure which may include climbing trees, scrambling over fallen logs, building cubbies, going yabbying in the dam, playing on our rope swing, or even going for a nature walk.
With small groups and a high adult-child ratio, children are also offered a range of additional self-directed learning experiences which may include learning how to:
-Utilise and craft with hand tools
- Tie knots to build nature cubbies
- Light a fire, cook on it, and understand fire safety
-Flora and fauna identification
Our days follow a relaxed and predictable rhythm and are designed to meet the needs of children's safety, food, rest, and toileting.
